Onsite Health Centers

Our TotalCare Onsite Health Centers provide services that are customized to suit an employer’s health care needs at large, centralized locations. Health care services are delivered by licensed clinical providers and include any or all of the following programs:

  • Clinical Preventive Services — Screening, counseling, and testing services to identify and treat diseases early
  • Acute Minor Illnesses — Treating urgent care needs
  • Vaccinations — Protecting against common ailments, such as the flu, and providing peace of mind for employees traveling to locations with identified disease risk
  • Disease Monitoring — Treating and managing long-term health conditions or problems
  • Fitness/Physical Therapy — Providing assessments, conditioning, and education that optimize physical health and help employees recover from injury
  • Health Management — Providing necessary care management, clinical referrals, specifying medical networks, and storing and reporting data
  • Integrated Care — Referring within employers’ networks, whether to Concentra Urgent Care centers, community care facilities, local hospital groups, Employee Assistance Programs, or other clinical providers
  • Occupational Health Services — Treating injuries that occur in the workplace
  • Environmental Health and Safety — Eliminating hazards in the workplace and optimizing employee performance to reduce injury or long-term stress
