Health Monitoring and Preventive Services
Prevention is the foundation of TotalCare’s Health Improvement Program and Onsite Health Centers. Our health specialists and clinical staff:
- Help identify and monitor participants’ responses to lifestyle interventions
- Support the adherence to medical treatments and prevention guidelines
- Support and integrate care with outside physicians, as needed
- Help address behavioral health issues that affect employee health and performance
- Provide targeted employee care, such as administering seasonal flu shots and cancer screening tests
By leveraging onsite Health Specialists or clinical staff with local Concentra Medical Centers and other employer health benefits, Concentra maximizes cost effectiveness, which results in:
